    Hello! Help please ipad 4th gen running on 8.1.3 , JB with Taig and found problems syncing with itunes..so knowing nothing about JB i tried to erase all data planning to do a JB again..now stuck apple logo with bar below, tried safe mode and comes back to that same scenario with an apple logo with a bar below. Is there a way i can retain the 8.1.3 or do i have no choice but to restore and update? thanks!!
