Probably because of either the ban wave or because the app keeps updating, case in point, it's 1.8.100 now.

You don't need the app+ for this, just the app.

I had the same issue on my iphone, same hockey sdk. I gave up.. and only use the download inside the app, its slower but it should work.

It was posted on the official facebook page: 676 accounts were banned.
