Tested on 2 PCs: 1 has most of the .NET versions (required by other programs), and 1 doesn't. Both Windows 10. To my knowledge, neither was listed as a requirement though, right? I mean I'm willing to try stuff out, if I know it's not just aimless. Also, error I get is: Unhandled Exception: System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array. at FalloutShelterDecrypt.Main(String[] args) -

The .exe tool doesn't seem to work on Windows 10. Was able to successfully use the tool on Windows 7 though. Thanks for the tool!
