What NOTE?!? Are you talking about the note regarding using an incorrect iCloud username using Sideloadly? I DID read that note and I specified so in my first message! I also searched through all your FAQ’s & used this as a last option. I guess I have to spell it out for you:
I did not use Sideloadly.
I used your IOSGods App+ (which has been unimpressive so far)
No where in the process of installing the app, using your App+, does it ask for an Apple ID/iCloud/Gamecenter/Facebook email/username/logon etc.
So HOW can the communication errors be caused by improper User ID as the ONLY note on the apps info page, informs?

I found out what the problem is in re: Homescapes/Gardenscapes. If you try & load your progress via Apple/Google or Facebook logon, and that progress was done on the newest version of the app. The apps need to update to load that progress & that is where they lock-up. So, either the App+ apps have to be updated, or whoever uses them will have to start a. new game from scratch & only use the app on that one device (other devices will software update the progress)
