Help/Support App I downloaded crashes when I open

I downloaded Spotify and Minecraft and none of them open they crash instantly and I thought it was the certificate but I got answered by @DADi that you didn’t needed to trust the app. I don’t know what to do and I’m worried because I paid for IOS Gods App+

When I download an app from the app I go to setting on the Profiles and Device Management option but no certificate related to the app I downloaded appears, can anybody help me?
