i just tried a different card it is still not working, still the same problem

is there a way i can buy it directly? cos someone said i can buy it from you directly 

Hello im new to iosgods and im trying to purchase vip. I have sufficient balance in my account and i am using american express. I have no other option of payment besides that. But when i try to purchase vip it gives me a message saying "There was an error processing the payment. Please try a different payment method or contact us for assistance" and then my money gets moved back to my account. Please help
