Help/Support game hacks on non 64 bit idevice/semi jailbreak

hi chaps, sorry if this has been asked for already though couldnt find any fitting topic. i got an old ipad 3 which is non 64 bit and thus cant be fully jailbreaked. with the semi jailbreak and the limited cydia appstore it seems i cannot ifile or filza (nor substrate or preferenceloader, whereever it can be downloaded). so in general there is no way to run game hacks on semi jailbreak, correct? thanks for your support. -
