App+ does everything on device except for manifest plist. But it needs dns resolution. Its apples system issue, some started working again on its own.

Please remove adblocker and give it a try. on iOS adblockers install profile to manipulate network traffic. try when connected to wifi first. whats the App+ version you are using? did u try enabling Legacy Installer Mode?

Do you have any VPN or ADGuard installed? its happening on wifi and cellular both?
