I also tried reinstalling apps manager a bunch of times even from the official repo story and it just seems to be stuck at backing up... 5% and it won't move no matter what, also Last verison is latest verison 6.7. I'm running ios 12.1.2 so I believe there shouldn't be a problem -

Does not work, I tried backing up the file from apps manager and it's just stuck at 10% constantly for no reason,
