All I had to do was reset my phone to factory default and then my account was unsuspended. I then earned 500 points (WITHOUT AUTOTOUCH) and redeemed and received the payment (Your account is always flagged for review on the first payout btw). Also, I found that redeeming at different locations allows payouts to occur. I hope this helps -

Same thing happened to me, just reset your phone to factory default and then re-jailbreak; should be no more ban -
