Okay try one more step: Open cydia and update cydia substrate! Which version of cydia substrate you have? After updating remove coolstar's stashing!!!! If this doesnt work rename the .cydia_no_stash to .cydia_no_stash- I'm assuming you found it since it said error file already exists...

Try this With iFile , go to the root of your filesystem (/) and create a blank file called ".cydia_no_stash" without the quotes. It should help if not rename it to ".cydia_no_stash-" It may brick your device but it shouldn't
