The app opens and I’m signed into iOS gods and have the box for freeze tickets checked. But nothing is actually freezing. I’m still running out of tickets. Am I doing anything wrong?

@Preet1988 What part is working now? The in-game data download without causing the app to crash?

Same as the person above me (Gaara30). I downloaded the app with no issue, but when i click on "Download" to download the data in-game it crashes every single time. Is there something that I need to do to download the game data?
