I don't think it was an adware (I got it from NO ADVERTISING ALLOWED! sideload). It's probably just outdated. Anyway, thanks for replying   

But if it was an adware, is there anything that I can do?

Yep, if I try to download the iosgods version, not only I'm getting a thousand pop ups, but the app is useless. When I tried yours (the deb file), it won't install. I'm getting this error "could not open in terminal" inside filza. I've seen iFile, but apparently it's only available to jb phones. I downloaded filza from the NO ADVERTISING ALLOWED! sideload and using impactor. Do you know what I can do to fix that error? My phone isn't jb and I'm running ios 12.2... Is there anything Im missing here?

Edit: Also, the iosgod version isn't updated
