I think you have to be 64 bit.

The addresses from GameGem are temporary, you need to use lldb to get the addresses for IDA, there are tutorials on how to do it. Just search "lldb" and it'll come up.

Deleted the app, ran iCleaner, rebooted, installed the app via iTunes, re-jailbroke using yalu102, re-downloaded the app, replaced the binary using the thinned binary and it worked!
