Looks like you need to stop putting money on your accounts and wasting it like a dumbass and give them a call and find out what the f***s going on I wouldn’t waste time emailing them if you’re doing just that. Getting one of them Apple tgfgaos on the phone would be your best option an if they’re just bullsh!tting you I’d keep making them put you on with someone else till you reach some higher ups in the company like a supervisor or some sh!t and get some real answers and possibly refunded.
