I just opened my old apple id then this problem started

I just checked it for stolen or lost phones. It was clean

i fully restored but nothing changes.

Now I can make new account and add funds from my brother's iphone and make purchase. But with this phone I have that problem! All accounts get disable by advisor and they just tell me it is about terms of sale! 

Today am gonna call them once again!

if not solved that time i am going to jailbreak my phone.

Please how can I sue them? Today I created new apple id and added 5$ itunes giftcard. But when i went to make purchase it said that "your purchase could not be completed. Please contact itunes assistance. I contacted them and they are disable my new apple id ! 

Now I make new apple id, and I added 10$ itunes giftcard to my apple id, then I can't purchase anything. It says contact apple assistance, when i contact them, they disable my account! Till now I lost more than 50$ coz they disabled all account which i made and they won't tell me the reason ! It is really unfair for such big company

please I purchased iphone 7+ from amazon then I created apple id on it and redeem it with 10$ itunes giftcard, but when I tried to purchase, it said that your purchase could not be completed, please contact apple assistance, after contacting, they disabled my account and said that won't enable it once again

yesterday I made a new one and the same problem happened!

20$ dollars wasted coz apple disabled my accounts after contacting!

please I purchased Samsung A7. On the packet of the Phone it wrote that "Europian sim card only" but now i am outside of eurpean countries! So what can I do please to unlock it for all sim cards?
