    got it, somehow the system is looking for perl in /usr/bin/ but it's located in /usr/local/bin
    Copied perl and pasted it into /usr/bin/
    nic.pl can be found now and the command works.
    Thanks for the help guys ^^
     
    Took me about an hour to find the cause of the error
     
    Anyways for future members who get the same error
     
    Just copy Perl from /usr/local/bin
    And paste into /usr/bin
    Using iFile
