I went to the page where it showed the +app along with the vip’s and it automatically told me to sign in and I already had my card registered. I have the confirmation email as well.

Hello, it’s been over 24 hours and I still haven’t received the +app download link. I tried doing it manually but it says that my IDevice does not have access to it yet. Can anything be done? Thank you!
