Yep, "Sometimes that happens in android Emulators too, it will say that in the setting but in the google play store in will still say it's not compatible, so the only way that you can get around it is to get an android phone that is a higher version than 4.1 and 4.4.2."

Yes it still works, but only for rooted devices and Menu of patches only works on rooted devices.

well.. if you had VIP by using a hack or tweak.. that was installed when you had a jailbreak.. its no longer there because you don't have a jailbreak, so in that case you can not restore VIP
