 happened to me also when I was on unc0ver 

Open up unc0ver go to setting and uncheck reload system daemons 

then go into “icleaner Pro” once in there 

click the + sign then go into cydia substrate addons 

disable all addons meaning  (turn off) 

keep  “Automicatically mange dependencies” and “substrate safe mode” on

Go back into unc0ver and jailbreak again
