I can confirm that the movement speed DOES work. The MP and HP are only visual for me. The attack speed doesn’t seem to have any effect. 

The movement speed does save a lot of time though, thank you! 

You may have to wait a minute after activating the movement speed for it to take effect. Try finishing a quest or talking to an NPC and it will activate.

Just tested on IPhone 7+ (version 12.1.4) still not working for me

It doesn’t seem to be working for me:( I have tried different multiplayers and they all do basic damage and defense
