The descriptions of ViP Jailed are different on these two pages. One says the ViP Jailed includes the access to ViP Non-jailbroken cheats and hacks and the other one says no. Which one is correct?

The rules say the requests must be for the games in the US App store but I like this Chinese game so much so I make this request for a try. DX

I hope I would be able to download your work in two ways: iOSGods APP and IPA file since the iOSGods APP is convenient but unstable. 

I wish I would be able to donate for this specific game because I'm not interested in the current VIP hacks and I don't want to subscribe VIP. I can pay the hacker $20 personally if it is fair.

I use Cydia Impactor on a Windows computer. Cydia Impactor disappeared while sideloading/installing the IPA file and I can't see the app on my devices. I have tried many times on my iPad Pro and iPhone X.
