No apps showing on IGameGod app

Hello, I installed the latest iGameGod (jailed/non-jailbroken version) using ESign on my iPhone 11 running iOS 18.6.2. The app installs and opens successfully, but the menu/list is completely empty, no games or apps appear at all. I have downloaded and installed multiple games directly from the App Store (both offline and online titles), but none of them show up in iGameGod. There is no overlay, no list of available apps, and I can’t select any game to attach the cheat engine to.
