Is there any other that have forniture?

I managed to install the Toca Boca mod. I have all the clothes, the houses, and the buildings in the city, but when I build a house and try to decorate it, only the furniture that is free at the beginning of the game (the tutorial ones) shows up. If everything is free, I should have the other furniture to decorate my house, but no matter how many times I go in and out, they still don’t appear. Only the ones that are already available at the start of the game show up.
