Yea they can sir. I have bought a cert from different provider which was not only significantly cheaper than iosgods but also have appgroups enabled with other entitlements. Everything works exactly like when you buy the app from appstore but in reality i just sideloaded the same ipa with certs provided by other provider that i was trying to sideload with iosgods. Other than you, there are many better & cheaper cert providers with revoke protection and freedom to use any signing app (e.g. feather). Anyways, thanks for taking time to reply to my concern.

no widgets for sideloaded apps in widget section. I tried multiple apps, even app is not listed in widget section. For some reason all sideloaded apps are in one separate app group name 'kingsley Lee', not in their dedicated appgroup like weather, info & education or social media etc.
