XmodGames team are trying to do something i don't appreciate at all : look in their repo f.lux 0.9987, it will try to install over the official one (latest 0.9986) when Cydia looks for updates. I contacted the official f.lux developpers about that, they told me it was a malware from XmodGames team. Anyone here could reverse it and sees what it exactly does ? I just saw bunch of advertisements. I deleted their scam repo.

you can simply install it from AppCake repo (better because iAPCrazy needs Appsync Unified), up to date 1.4.3, supports iOS 9.3.3. But to be honest, even the very old LocaliAPStore app does better. I used iAPCrazy during years but LocaliAPStore is successful where iAPCrazy fails. You can even generate your own custom receipt on LocaliAPStore. And too much advertisements when iAPCrazy is on... They even did updates to add advertisements But on another hand, the modules and assistant are awesome in iAPCrazy That's why i keep it since that long.
