They must supply the necessary certificate files, usually a .mobileprovision file, a .p12 file, and the password. This isn’t something they can decline, as others have successfully received these files on this site previously. Make sure to notify an administrator, preferably Rook or Laxus.

@Juhhji App+ is beneficial as it allows users to obtain their certificate files and integrate them with tools like Esign or Feather.
