It was not incomplete, I provided screenshot I signed app as enterprise also I tried the P12 certificate but it showed integrity cannot be verified I already checked VPN management and found nothing to tick mark as trusted. I literally bought VIP and IOSGODS+ app both of them to use as signing certificate but now it seems I am at the starting position where for me free or VIP doesn't make a difference now if this does not work.
