I was banned: "Unfortunately, your in-game behavior has been marked as suspected cheating by the system and you are now temporarily suspended from the game. Please contact our customer service if you would like to dispute this". I click on "Contact us" - I select "Account has been restricted" --> this is their reply: "Hello, our system has detected abnormal item sources in your game account. As a result, you will no longer be able to access de the game." Is there anything we can do about this?

I installed as directed, however, when the game starts it's just a black screen. The logo of the game appears, and then just black screen... any idea why this is happening? Thanks for your job and your help!
