Hi, I purchased my App+ via Card Payment. I have a order number with six digits, but when I input my email, order number and new UDID in transfer page, it says order number is incorrect. How can I transfer to my new UDID?

Hi,
I transferred my App+ to my new phone which is a iPhone 13 runs iOS 16. I'm trying to install app+ for the first time after UDID transfer and I'm getting "integrity could not be verified" error. What should I do?
