Help/Support IPA decryption without jailbreak (M1 mac?)

I'm trying to decrypt an IPA in order to modify it and sideload it (just for some personal QoL improvements). I own the app on the app store, and have been able to get the encrypted IPA from ipatool, but I'm not sure how to decrypt it. From what I can tell, all decryption tools require a jailbroken iOS device, which I do not have. Is there any way to decrypt from an M1 mac instead, given that M1 macs can run many iOS apps?
