I know I'm very late here, but I found the solution and found it could be of help to others. Just go to Settings - Safari - Advanced and toggle JavaScript. Then you can login, but right after logging in turn it back on, as it's very important for websites to work properly. I hope this works. I used it on my iPhone on iOS 15.3.1.
