I swear it was another month at least, and I have no way to check when I bought my membership or when it expires.

Today when I opened the app+ it kept saying I needed to activate it. I went through and deleted the app and tried to redownload it, Ive activated it under profiles, it still isn’t working. Suddenly I get a message saying my device has not been activated. I’m really confused as I could have sworn I had more time before it expired. I tried to check previous subscriptions and I can’t find it anywhere to be able to double check. I’m on an iPhone 8 Plus running 13.3.1.

Thank you! I hope this counts as activity. I get why they did it but I also feel like this is unfair to those that just don’t have anything to say on the forum. I think what we are supposed to do is be more active on the forums, so that we then “level up” on ranks from beginner to “new guy/girl.” At least that was what one person said. Hope this helps!

Same! I never use the forums and I’ve been a member for nearly 6 months (just a few days off). I’m trying by posting more around the forums to see if that helps at all.

I mean I’ve been a member for just a few days shy of 6 months... and that’s still considered a newbie. Am I also considered a new user because I haven’t really posted and interacted in the forums?
