To be honest, I want you to know that the solution is working just fine and hence the most of us are getting benefitted already. But in your case, I feel that something's wrong with the system integrity or dependency maybe, I am not sure. If I were you, I would quickly try and check it within a virtual environment, for example from within a hyper-v machine or an os installed inside of a bootable pendrive, etc. That way, I would probably be able to identify the root cause. Does that make sense? Or, you can create a temporary mail and signup and signin using the email inside of Capcut to check if that works within the existing system(without performing the above steps).

There is a feature named 'Long video to shorts' and it can be found under the start-up section, where all the projects are shown just beneath the same and the Create project button is located at the top. I believe it can be accessed, if we are connected to UK through a VPN @AigeXD.
