hmm Tried on multiple different apps, as mentioned in my original post. Not 1 worked. I'm on ios 15.8. I'm starting to think this is for something on an older ios version. I can't find any alternative tweaks that can modify device info for ios 15.8. Well, I just installed MGSpoofer and it's gridded out. I think that means it's unsupported on ios 15.8. Again another app that only works on an older ios version. Any other tweaks or options you can think of? Is their an iphone jailbreak emulator? I came accross one before on unC0ver that ran an emulated version of the iphone with a jailbreak in it. I forget the specifics but do you remember what that's called? I want to try that out and see if I can install the app in there and maybe have it work through an emulator instead.

This did not work for me. iPhone 7, iOS 15.8. Jailbreak: palera1n rootful. Is this only for iOs 13 and below or am I doing something wrong?

Rootless Jailbreak: No root access to internal file system. FS remains read only. Rootful jailbreak: Access to internal file system. Yet, most rootful jailbreak use fakefs(fake filesystem) to prevent access to real filesystem to prevent potentially bricking the device. In other words, not only can you not use this tweak since you're not on a jb, you still couldn't even if you jb in rootless. Furthermore, I tested this spoofer using rootful jb yet it still did not work on ios 15.8 so I think it only work on some older ios versions or doesn't work at all.

Hi all, I've tested the iGSpoof tool and it seams to not be working. Is there a specific way to get it to work? My setup: iPhone 7. Tested with NekoJB rootful but many tweaks won't even work, so NekoJB is the issue. Then tested with Palera1n rootful. Jailbreak tweaks all work. iGameGod injector works, but when tested the spoof device info and tested 1 and then a couple different apps, with all info's randomized, nothing was really spoofed. Confirmed this by downloading a couple legit apps including appstore device info app, and the listed device info, including the iphones name and stuff did not change, even though I added those apps to iGSpoof tool and had the iGSpoof tool running. Is there a specific jailbreak os or thing to get this to work? Device: iPhone 7, ios 15.8. I'm device banned on an app. A clean iPhone factory reset and using different iCloud account, ip, email, and everything possible still doesn't solve it. If i use my 2nd iphone 7 i am able to get on the app no problem. I need a way to change device info quick. Is there really no way to do this?
