If you follow exactly the steps in first post on version 5.2 it will work without problems. Making your own it's always safer, however if you want to try this: 5.2 modded

Modded 5.2 from first post works without jailbreak. Sideload the ipa with some sideloader like altstore or equivalent. I use a developer certificate so I can sign the apps myself and install but sideload works anyway.

not yet, 5.2 works well for the moment, otherwise there is EasyCanvas 12$ one time purchase that works very well too (usb with zero lag at all), plus it allow you to both mirror or Extend desktop.

5.2 Works well on my Ipad Air M2 17.6.1. Anyone has the last version (5.4) Patch? @Gh0stByte is there any chance to run the same patch system on new 5.4 version? How to find the right offset? Thanks
