even in the latest update , i’m still having problems with the premium choice , whenever the premium choice — it changes to some random numbers and texts , can this issue be fixed ? i would appreciate it so much thank you

The animations are not moving and stuck at idle pose lifelessly , does anyone know how to fix this issue? i reported it to the app service and they told me to update it to the latest version to fix the issue , can anyone tell me how to fix it?
