Anyone found a way to get the rewards from bait with the god mode? Just quitting the game will not give the reward, So i guess one has to die to get the reward

I am not able to connect to google play games to get my progress. Neither with the signed nor the unsigned version. (the unsigned won't even start) I am using blueStacks. Do I need some special configuration, or is it just not possible with the modded version?
