You actually need to hack the game's code if you want to bypass some checks or change the version number from within its own code. Or you could just take the IPA and change the version number in the Info.plist and hope that it uses that version when doing the version check.

On top of that you must also make sure that the network protocol doesn't differ between the two versions or you won't be able to play anyway if it's a multiplayer game.

If you can't register any app than try to make a new Apple ID.

Just keep in mind you can only register 3 apps with Cydia Impactor. If you want to register more apps you have to buy Apple Dev package
