It's not possible to duplicate the special items in settlement( screws, antennas ..etc etc), and it is also not possible to upgrade buildings in settlement, just as it's not possible to put down control desk and other stuff like that in settlement - you need to do it from the orginal game you download from apple store or whatever store you have. If you upgrade or use cheats in settlement then you won't be able to get in to settlement or maybe your game freezes, either way you will have to start over your game from the beginning.

Need to be careful tho!! disconnect from gamecenter/kefir when trying this! game wasn't responding but wasn't freezed either, but got back to normal with duplicated items after quitting the game. This only happenened when I duplicated a second item to inbox
