Help/Support Hacks not appearing in Settings, Nor IGMM Working

Recently, I’ve noticed that IGMM wasn’t working, took me a while because I just thought that the hacks weren’t working. I opened CSR Racing 2 Which I know for a fact works, and the IGMM didn’t even appear, this has happened to me with multiple games and can’t seem to figure out the problem. I’ve also noticed that the tweaks don’t appear in the settings either. I’m on iOS version 11.3.1
