Your app is must to log in apple ID and Pass. I did it that
1.Disinstall xCon and the app
2.Install first the app, open it but don't log in
3.Close the app from the task and open cydia
4.Install xCon and respring, then open the app.
But Must to Login Apple ID and Password only. Please Help
