i don't know if this was ever true but i saw an earlier commenter mention they could click in the app as if they were going to buys keys, then exit out of the login screen and the keys would load. that does not work, at least not for this version (4.6.0). so even though it's stated in the description, just to reiterate: in this version premium choices/outfits/hair are available, but keys are not unlimited and choices VIP stories/content is locked.
