  1. Happy Holidays everyone. A bit of an update as we're nearing new years and hadn't resolved this issue yet. Here's what I tried so far. Tried both sideloading and used online jailbreaking methods every other day ( ex: jailbreaks.app) as I've read some people stated that it sometimes fixes itself through time. 2 Months in and still no results. Attempted a different jailbreak, this time Blizzard Jailbreak instead of Phoenix. Also gave similar issues with the following logs and error. Both seem to relate to failing a Verification of sorts, is there anyway around to fixing this? It's pretty much keeping me from being able to jailbreak, download or sideload anything into this device.
  2. Bumping this as I got permission from staff. No solution was found yet, anyone got ideas?
  3. I am aware. I have tried to jailbreak via 3utools several times however it fails at 70% with the message "Current status: Jailbreak failed.". And 3utools of course does not allow me to import IPAs into my device without having it be jailbroken either.
  4. I have tried force rebooting several times, no results. I also tried AltStore however upon trying to install it with AltServer it gives me the error message. " Could not install AltStore to (User's) Ipad " " AltStore requires iOS 12.2 or later. " So AltStore is out of the question as this device is iOS 9.3.5 as stated before. Same goes for SideStore. Just tried it now and it gives almost the exact same message as AltStore with the exception of it requiring iOS 14.0 or later. Is there anything else you could suggest? @Laxus
  5. Hi. I've been trying for a good while now to jailbreak an old iPad 2,1 IOS 9.3.5 using the Phoenix jailbreak, however I have not been able to sideload the IPA from phoenix's website using sideloadly as it fails at 40% with this error message. To my understanding this is a common issue, however I had yet to find a proper solution that worked for me after lurking about. Here are the things that I had tried. • Redownloaded the IPA in case of corruption • Attemped to sideload on a different computer • Made sure the time and date set on both computer and Ipad are the same. • Uninstalled microsoft version of Itunes and icloud, replaced it with web version. • Attempted to restart both devices several times. • Used a different cable. • Made sure there are no plugins folder within the IPA itself • Turned off my antivirus • Made sure I am on the newest version of Sideloadly. I also attempted to jailbreak via the online methods on the browser of the device itself instead of sideload, but that also gave me an error. In addition, I also tried IPAs of other jailbreaks that aren't for the exact IOS version just to see what happens. And it ends up giving the exact same error as quoted here. For context I should note that I normally don't use apple products so this is a mostly unknown territory for me and could've easily overlooked something. But I've been mostly trying to jailbreak the device in hopes of being able to permanently bypass the Find my ipad activation screen for a guy who got this device as a gift without using temporary methods like iRemove, and I found some potential solutions that only apply to jailbroken devices. Which in turn led me to this whole venture. If anyone can help out on either helping me with sideloadly or just generally jailbreaking the device, I'd greatly appreciate it.
