They could try sue for loss of profits due to hacking (which is the main one) & quite a few more. (just google Epic vs Brandon Broom case)

They may not be able to track the person who actually made the hacks but they could easily track the people using the hacks. They are not likely to win (which is probably why other companies don’t sue them) but it makes a statement & certainly discourages people to hack.

There are many hackers out there. The anti cheat is really good and they dont track nobody. HyperCheats.GG is a hacking site which offers REAL hacks for fortnite. They havent been sued and they are pretty well known. Colten and Ripped Robby make videos of them using hypercheats in game (fortnite).
