once open icleaner Pro you have to click on the lower left. then choose the cydia substrate addons category and now disable the tweak notchtification. -

I’ve resolve this problem. If you have iCleaner pro click to Cydia substrate addons and switch off the tweak if you do not understand write me I'll explain it better -

I have also the same problem. Cydia is blank. Help me
