Tried with feather. Still crash. 
 

I also tried to uninstall and reinstall. At the start , it will work but the min I connect it to my account. It crashes.  It seem like my account is too heavy to load.

I am using e sign with a developer cert.  b4 the update. I was able to play. After the update, keep crashing

Click on the 3 little dots and click on sideloadly IPA download, then links are under the red text

Done that.  Still stuck at 36%. Sad.
