the currency isn’t unlimited, when i try to spend some i lose money and the game sends me to the in-app purchases store

I downloaded the game Happy Hospital through the iOSGods app. it doesn’t seem to be hacked, the resources (coins and diamonds) are not infinite, even after a test purchase the amount doesn’t change. the game transfers to the in-app purchases like it’s downloaded from app store and not from here. is there a solution?

it crashes the app quits before the ad
