Just found the way.

 

1) Download the mod hack version for Sniper 1.16 : http://rexdl.com/android/sniper-3d-assassin-apk-data-download.html/

2) Install BlueStack 2 , root it with ESHelper. 

3) Install the APK on step 1. Use the Install APK function of BlueStack.

4) Open the game on BlueStack . Once you enter the game, diamonds and coins are hacked . Connect to your FB account. 

5) Open your IOS device , click on FB account and click DOWNLOAD.

6) Done and Enjoy

1) please provide me the link apk mode . I dont have any Android device ...

2) still not got ur steps. U mean :

-A) firstly, play on blue stack, and use the hack to get million of gems. Then Sync fb account while using BLUESTACK?

-B )then play half of day( what for?) still playing on BlueStack

-C) Open iphone and enter fb account to sync the hacked data into it ?

it's so simple get the apk modded version then installed on bluestacks or android device (from iosgods) search it you will find it . then install it and play a bit then sync it via facebook account and play half of day then enter your facebook account on your ios device and sync the hacked game on your iphone , and that's it . now you can play with 1milion gem and gold ... AWESOME ...

note : do not try to sync your progress on android moded version ... just try to sync your new save game with lots of gem and gold on your iphone ...

how does the university upgrade work?

yup it's working . just first buy via gold or meet after that finish it instantly via crowns ...

everything fine , but something happend i just bought 2500 crowns for instant update to atomic age , first i go to setting and turned off the freeze options then close and reopen the game and game tell me atomic age is coming soon . reenable , reinstall the game but noting changed still tell me the atomic age is coming soon , how can i fixed that ...

i check on another device .... and get the same result i cant upgrade my town center to atomic age , and its said atomic age is coming soon , and im on atomic age but when i try to upgrade my buildings im not allowed because im not on atomic age ... can someone explain what happed ...

Yeah you slipped up hack was active or you didn't close app in multitask when you use the crowds therefore there's nothing you can do but wait out the upgrade for the next two weeks everything will be good just don't do nothing rash and your base update on his own it just doesn't look that way because with the hack active it will actually consume your crows when you try to speed up the Town center but nothing will take effect or look as though it did until the full length of atomic age is finish I know from experience because I did the same thing when I went global age

when i make a research  instantly the game will reset ... any idea

@battusi i check something in the game and it's really cool . 

i use firewall ip and deny some connection and after that i can use crowns for building faster ... but sometime work ... 

can u check that by ur self
