Once you upgrade a special ability, the cooldown effect comes back and the mod doesn't work for that character any more. Can this be fixed or don't upgrade special abilities?

I'm not sure if it is supposed to be this way but with godmode on, the AI doesn't attack...It just stands there...is that supposed to happen or have gotten something wrong? -

For a complete noob, this just blows right past my head. Where do I start? It seems the tutorial picks up from some where and I don't have the prerequisite knowledge. Someone help please. I'm getting a "FAT_HEADER" error when I install game hacks. This seems to be the solution but I don't understand it
